Michele Tremblay
Owner, Yoga Instructor/Usui Reiki 1 Practitioner

After over 25 years working in the legal field, Michele, an avid practitioner of yoga for ten plus years, decided a more peaceful career path would allow her the opportunity to grow physically, mindfully, and spiritually. Yoga provides her with an overwhelming sense of pride for having done something for herself, and has allowed her to lead a less stressful life.
Michele completed her 200-hour teacher training at Boston Yoga School under the instruction of Ame Wren, Caroline Pineau, Kevin Courtney, Josh Summers, and Jenn Duran, which enriched her understanding of hatha yoga, yogic philosophy and lifesytle, along with anatomy and physiology. Michele has attended many workshops and will always be a student of the practice.
Michele's teaching goal is to provide a balance between fluid movement, stability, and strength while connecting with the breath. She strives to create an atmosphere that is welcoming, safe, lighthearted and fun for yogis of all levels to decompress from the outside world.

Melissa Dube
Yoga Instructor/Usui Reiki Master Teacher

Melissa is an Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy ® (IET® ) Master/Instructor, Crystal Reiki/Master, 200hr RYT, Meditation teacher, Medium and a Registered Nurse. Melissa has had an interest in healing and wellbeing for as long as she can remember. From childhood she held an understanding that both modern and natural medicines work together to heal. Melissa’s maternal great-grandparents were both Reiki practitioners, as is her mother. Energy healing has become an important part of her own healing journey.
Having received Reiki healing many times and felt its powerful effects, she was overjoyed with the opportunity to begin her own journey from client to practitioner with Judy Copp of A Higher Balance in Salem MA in January of 2011. She began to explore the energy with self healing as well as hands on healing sessions for friends and family until July of 2011 when she continued on to her second level of Reiki training, again with Judy Copp.
She spent about four years offering healings and developing an understanding of how the energy feels and works and ultimately she felt called to pursue further training with Laura Class of Gloucester, MA. In 2015, Melissa received her Reiki Master / Teacher attunements and training.
Melissa also began to participate in Mediumship development classes around this time and has studied mediumship with several lovely teachers over the years, including: Katie Vandi, Lauren Rainbow, John Holland and Tony Stockwell.
She has deepened her practice over the years offering private sessions, as well as group healings in the form of Reiki Circles. She has incorporated Reiki energy into her Yoga classes since completing her Yoga Teacher Training in May of 2019.
In 2019 she was also called by her guides to share this beautiful modality, and thus began offering Reiki Training programs for level 1-3 practitioners as well as Reiki Teacher Trainings. She feels strongly that this healing modality and its beautiful energy be shared, and its traditions honored.
Melissa has gone on to study with Julianne Santini and John Mercedes of Profound Life Wellness on spiritual journey (2017) as well as Integrated Energy Healing Intensive training (2019) in Teotihuacan, Mexico. She then again expanded her offerings to include IET sessions. During the pandemic, Melissa turned online to attain her Crystal Reiki Master/Teacher certificate with Lisa Powers. Crystals have been ever present in Melissa’s practice both personally and professionally. She often offers crystals for her students following workshops!
In 2022, the Angels encouraged Melissa to further her practice with IET. In October 2022, she earned her Integrated Energy Therapy Master/Instructor certificate.
Melissa encourages students to follow their hearts, trust themselves, and step into their power as they invite Energy healing into their lives.

Carlyene Prince-Erickson
Yoga Instructor

Carlyene left her first class at a yoga studio feeling overwhelmed by the whole experience yet intrigued enough to want to learn more. Months later after a couple of books and a few videos, she took another class, this time at a local gym. It left her “feeling as if I experienced a massage from the inside out.” She kept going back.
Four years later in 2014, she completed the Yoga Alliance’s 200-hour certification training with CorePower Yoga. In 2016 she completed the 300-hour training with Down Under School of Yoga. While she has explored various styles of yoga over the years including Ashtanga, Restorative, Hip Hop and Sculpt (using weights), she finds herself drawn to flow.
Recalling her first class, Carlyene guides the most novice students safely through their practice. She strives to make her classes accessible to everybody. A married mother of two adult children and a two-time cancer “thriver,” Carlyene infuses her life experiences as a daughter, wife, mother and business leader with a quirky sense of humor to help students realize their full potential on and off the mat.

Amanda Spellman
Yoga Instructor
Amanda began her yoga practice many years ago after she recognized her body needed some love after various athletic injuries. As time went by, she discovered that yoga not only healed her body, but also helped quiet her monkey mind. She realized the peace and calm she found on the mat permeated all other aspects of her life.
Fascinated by this experience, Amanda wanted to share the wonders of yoga with others. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at The Yoga Tree in Haverhill, MA under the instruction of Ally Vallieres and Casey Deschene.
Through movement and breath, Amanda strives to give her students the support to step off the hamster wheel, allowing the mind to still, to find a deep sense of calm and peace, and a connection to the very best version of themselves.

SARAH OLESON
Yoga Instructor

Sarah was introduced to yoga at a young age when her mother brought her along to yoga and meditation classes in their hometown studio in Newburyport, MA. An active runner and athlete, she has kept a daily practice over the years, diving into many different types of yoga.
Sarah completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow Teacher certification with Frog Lotus Yoga International in Bali, Indonesia in 2015, training and teaching alongside some of the best instructors in the world. She also completed her Childlight teacher training, and is certified to teach ages 2-18. Sarah is also OM births certified to teach expecting mothers. In 2017, Sarah ventured to Bali again to complete her 300 hour YTT with Zuna Yoga to further advance her skills and knowledge.
Traveling and teaching all over the world has allowed Sarah to be constantly inspired by nature, spirituality, and the elements, linking movement, breath and life through the graceful practice. Classes combine kirtan, mantras, mudras, pranyama, and asana… deepening the full yoga experience. Her playful, energizing classes challenge the body while still relaxing the mind. Sarah encourages growth and interconnectedness of the physical and spiritual self within her students, and incorporates accessible levels and modifications for each individual.
Sarah seeks to help others thrive by nurturing the body and soul through yoga, and her hope is that her students will step off the mat and into everyday life with that same nourishment and balanced attitude. Whether it is your first class or your five-hundredth, Sarah will help you to build your yoga practice, and re-energize your life.

Sarah Winslow

Sarah discovered a regular yoga practice in 2007 and fell in love with its ability to calm her mind after a demanding day. She now works to create a safe and welcoming environment where students are comfortable exploring their physical and mental capabilities – and discovering they are capable of more than they think. Through thoughtful sequencing, Sarah’s classes focus on the combination of mindful movement and connection to breath. You’ll breathe, expand, smile, release – and leave feeling relaxed, energized and renewed.
Sarah completed her 200-hour teacher training at Back Bay Yoga under the direction of Ame Wren and Lynne Begier. She is grateful for the opportunity to continue learning from the many amazing teachers in Boston and the Northshore. Forever a student, Sarah has participated in numerous workshops and has completed her pre-natal training with Bec Conant; yin yoga training with Josh Summers; the Power of Touch mentorship and Restorative Yoga training with Nicole Clark; a mentorship with Julia Tirabassi; and Radiant Child Training Levels 1-3 with Checka Antifonario.
