YOGA 101

This four-week class series focuses on the fundamentals of yoga.  It is designed to walk students through basic yoga poses, alignment, and connection to the breath.  If you are brand new to yoga, then this is the class series for you as it encourages you to grow at your own pace.  Class size is limited to 10 students per series.  Online registration is required and can be accessed through our "Series and Workshops" page under the "Schedule" tab.

Yoga Class

This class will focus on basic poses, alignment, and breath.  Students will explore poses to increase strength, balance, and flexibility.  This class is ideal for those students who have completed the Yoga 101 series, or students who have been off their mat for a while and need a little refreshing.

Gentle yoga is the perfect class for those students who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice.  This class is suitable for new yogis as well as those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.  Students will leave this class feeling calm, relaxed, and ready to face whatever comes their way.

Yoga at Home

Vinyasa Flow classes synchronize breath with movement as one pose leads smoothly into the next.  Sequencing varies with each instructor.  Students can expect to move through sun and moon salutations, twists, balancing poses, and backbends.  Vinyasa Flow classes are helpful in developing more awareness of the physical body, the subtle body, and the breath so that you may find greater ease both on and off the mat.  This class is open to students at all levels, some yoga experience is recommended.

Yoga Class

An excellent practice for restoring the body after an injury, illness, or simply to slow down and undo the effects of stress.  The first half of the class will be devoted to a slower-paced Vinyasa Flow, and the second half of the class will be devoted to Restorative poses held without effort by using the support of props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets.  Students at all levels are welcome!

Start your week off with a fun and energetic all-levels vinyasa flow class set to a variety of playlists including acoustic, instrumental, rock and roll, pop, and reggae.   As you transition from pose to pose, your movements become synchronized not only with your breath, but with the music, as well.  This practice is a great way to move and have fun on your mat!

Warrior One

YoScuplt combines yoga poses with cardio and strength training creating a full-body workout. This is a fast-paced class combining traditional yoga poses and principles of strength training through the use of light hand weights.  This high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, balanced, and refreshed.

Pop-up yoga classes are randomly-scheduled classes that will be held on Friday evenings and can be taught by any one of our Studio's teachers or a guest teacher.  Pop-up yoga classes allow teachers an opportunity to experiment with a freer, non-traditional approach to teaching.

Check our schedule often so you don't miss out on these amazing classes.
