About the Event
This four-week class series focuses on the fundamentals of yoga. It is designed to walk students through basic yogas poses, alignment, and connection to the breath. If you are brand new to yoga then this is the class series for you as it encourages you to grow at your own pace. Class size is limited to ten students per series. Online registration is required.
