With Covid-19 cases on the rise, we will be re-implementing State Protocols and Guidelines to help ensure your health and safety as well as ours.  Your Humble Warrior Team would like to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your continued understanding, patience, and support as we navigate through these unfamiliar times.

Please do not come to class if you are ill or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 such as a fever, a cough, sore throat, muscle pain, or if you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 within the past 14 days,  if you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for

Covid-19 within the past 14 day.

In-studio and Virtual Class Registration

Class sizes will be limited to accommodate for a minimum of 6 feet between mats, so pre-registration is required for all in-studio classes at least two hours prior to the start of class.  Drop-ins will not be welcome at the studio at this time.  Due to the limited class size, we will be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy which can be found on our Studio Policies and Etiquette Page.

Pre-registration is required for virtual classes at least one hour prior to the start of class.  A Zoom link will be sent to the email that is associated with your Mindbody account 20-30 minutes prior to the start of class (check all mailboxes including spam.). If you do not receive an email at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class, please contact the studio either through email or text.  It is recommended that you sign in a little early just to make sure you can hear and see the instructor properly.

Mats & Props

Mats and props will still be available for use.   We would just ask that you wipe down/spray any mats or props that you use with the disinfecting supplies located within the studio.  If you feel more comfortable using your own mat and props, please feel free to bring anything that you'd like to use during class with you.

Masks

Masks are required to enter and exit the building, the studio, and to access any of the common areas (hallways and bathrooms.)   As you enter the studio you will find designated taped-off areas on the floor for placement of your mat.  Once you've settled in on your mat you have the option to take your mask off or keep it on.  Once you are on your mat we'd encourage you to remain there in an effort to keep foot traffic to a bare minimum, if any at all.  If you do need to use the restroom, please put your mask back on before leaving your mat.   We will make every effort before class to ensure that the restrooms are properly sanitized, but our bathrooms are shared with a few other businesses in the building, so please be mindful of this fact.

Hand Sanitizer and Disinfecting Wipes/Spray

As always,  hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes/disinfecting spray/paper towels will be available in the studio.

Check-in and Class Protocols for Entering and Exiting the Studio

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class.  If this is your first time at the studio, you will be asked to sign a COVID-19 waiver.   All teachers will greet you as you come in and ask for your name so they can check you in through Mindbody.

Hands-on Assists or Adjustments

Our instructors will no longer be offering hands-on assists or adjustments.  They will be conducting class on their mats at the front of the room, and they will remain on their mats for the duration of class.

Studio Cleaning

Our HWYS staff will clean and disinfect the studio after each class.

We are all in this together, so let's work as a team to make the practice of yoga accessible again to all!!!
