Meditation Pop-up with Melissa

   Meditation is a grounding practice which helps you to center and connect more with yourself and others. Meditation also helps you to find a more relaxed, deeper sound sleep. Regular meditation can have long-lasting effects. Meditation helps to activate our rest-and-digest system, as well as helping to aid the body to come back to a more neutral, calm baseline which enables our physical body the space to heal and grow more resilient.

   The more you practice meditation, the more you will begin to notice your body and mind more easily separate from the outside influences of daily stressors and challenges. You may feel more centered and calm overall; you may be able to access your creativity with a renewed focus; and you may feel more balanced and content in your physical self.
